This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work safety on employee performance, especially on employees of PT Nusantara Berjaya Teknik. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a population of field employees of PT Nusantara Berjaya Teknik. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The sampling technique used is the quota sampling technique and incidental sampling of 75 field employees. Multiple linear regression analysis was also used in this study to determine the relationship between work environment and work safety on employee performance. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, and work safety has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Nusantara Berjaya Teknik.
