This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and organizational support on the research performance of FKIP lecturers at Sriwijaya University. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with the population of all FETT lecturers at Sriwijaya University. Data collection using a Likert Scale questionnaire. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling of 124 lecturers, but the data collected and analyzed in the study were 70 lecturers. This research also includes multiple regression analysis to find out the correlation of competence and organizational support on lecturers research performance. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that competence has a positive and significant effect on lecturers' research performance while organizational support has no effect on the research performance of FKIP Sriwijaya University lecturers.
