PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT RID JAYA BERSAMA PALEMBANG
Employee performance is a crucial aspect in supporting the achievement of organizational goals, therefore, the factors that influence it need to be studied thoroughly. The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT RID Jaya Bersama Palembang. This research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study consists of 76 employees of PT RID Jaya Bersama Palembang. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique, resulting in 76 respondents as the sample. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. Based on the results of testing, it is concluded that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT RID Jaya Bersama Palembang, whereas work discipline does not have an influence on employee performance. The implications of these findings suggest that the company should prioritize enhancing work motivation as a primary strategy to improve employee performance and consider other factors beyond work discipline that may have a greater impact on achieving optimal performance outcomes.
