This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of supervision of Investment Activity Reports (LKPM) based on the Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) in an effort to achieve investment realization in Palembang City. The focus of the study was directed at non-UMK business actors with an investment value of more than 5 billion rupiah who were the targets of supervision by the Palembang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP). This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis was carried out based on five indicators of supervision effectiveness according to Edy Sutrisno, namely: program understanding, target accuracy, timeliness, achievement of goals, and real changes. The results of the study indicate that supervision of LKPM by the Palembang City DPMPTSP through OSS-RBA has been effective, but there are still several obstacles such as business actors not fully understanding the obligation to report LKPM, and budget limitations in implementing supervision. Guidance and socialization efforts continue to be carried out to increase awareness and compliance of business actors in reporting LKPM in a timely manner and in accordance with the provisions. Optimal supervision effectiveness is expected to significantly increase investment realization in Palembang City.
