DAMPAK PROGRAM CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PT. BUKIT ASAM TBK DAN DUKUNGAN MODAL USAHA TERHADAP KEBERLANJUTAN USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH BATIK KUJUR DI SENTRA INDUSTRI BUKIT ASAM
This study aims to analyze the influence of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT. Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) and business capital support on the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Batik Kujur in the Bukit Asam Industrial Center. The research approach used is quantitative with a correlational method. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to 24 MSME respondents who are beneficiaries of PTBA’s CSR. The data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, chi-square test, and program evaluation using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The research findings show that both the CSR program and business capital support, partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of Batik Kujur MSMEs. PTBA’s CSR initiatives—covering training, market access facilitation, business networking, and social support—have contributed to improving productivity, competitiveness, and business stability. Capital support has strengthened financial and operational sustainability. These findings support Carroll’s (1991) CSR theory, Sukirno’s (2006) capital theory, and the small business sustainability theory of Schaltegger & Wagner (2011). The results are also consistent with previous studies emphasizing the strategic role of CSR in empowering MSMEs and promoting inclusive local economic development. Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Capital, MSME Sustainability, Batik Kujur, CIPP Evaluation Model
