The study with the title Antifungal Activity of Star Fruit Juice (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) against Colletotrichum sp. Causes of Anthracnose Disease and Its Contribution to High School Biology Learning aims to determine the antifungal activity of star fruit juice on the growth of Colletotrichum sp. The research method used a Complete Random Design (RAL) of 5 treatments and 5 replicates. The concentration of treatment used was 0%, 20%, 40%, 60% and 80%. The results of the study were Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and continued with the Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) test. The observed parameter was the colony growth area in the medium of Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA) with the addition of various concentrations. Star fruit juice has been proven to contain phytochemical compounds such as saponins, tannins, flavonoids, phenols, and alkaloids as well as several organic acids such as oxalic acid, citric acid, malic acid, ascorbic acid, and lactic acid which are able to act as antifungi against the growth of Colletotrichum sp.
