PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI PT JASA RAHARJA CABANG SUMATERA SELATAN TAHUN 2024
This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The organizational culture theory is based on Robbins' theory, while the employee performance theory is derived from Miner's theory. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing simple regression analysis for data analysis.The findings indicate that organizational culture has a positive impact on employee performance. The stronger the organizational culture, the higher the employees' adherence to performance targets. The results of this study recommend that to achieve high-performance targets, organizational culture should be strengthened. Efforts should be made to encourage employees' independence in carrying out their tasks. Additionally, proportional workload distribution must be considered to ensure that performance targets can be effectively achieved. Furthermore, it is essential to enhance an organizational culture that fosters initiative, is results-oriented, and responsive.
