This thesis aims to find out the implementation of PT Jasa Raharja's Peduli Pengajar Keselamatan Lalu (PPKL) programme in reducing the number of student accidents in Palembang City and to explain what factors hinder the implementation of the programme. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the programme was in accordance with the programme beneficiaries, but there were still information needs that had not been met. PT Jasa Raharaja as the programme implementer has run the programme in accordance with their understanding, capacity and ability. However, there are still some things that have not been understood by PT Jasa Raharja, including the lack of understanding of implementing staff regarding the stages of implementation and programme requirements and the absence of training for staff implementing the programme. Programme implementers have implemented the programme inaccordance with the requirements and effectiveness of the desired results. However, in its implementation, there are still some things that can reduce the effectiveness of programme implementation, such as there are still some PT Jasa Raharja employees who do not know the requirements of schools as beneficiaries, there is no SOP that regulates the implementation of the programme.
