Stunting is caused by multi-dimensional factors, one of which is the inappropriate pattern of Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) which can be one of the causes of stunting. Assistance by the closest person in this case the posyandu cadre needs to be improved, in accordance with the purpose of the study is to determine the determinants of the Role of Posyandu Cadres in Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) in Banyuasin Regency. This study used a quantitative method using a cross sectional study design, the sample of this study amounted to 102 posyandu cadres in Banyuasin Regency with a sampling technique of Cluster Sampling. The data collected were then analyzed by Univariate analysis, Bivariate with chi square statistical test, and Multivariate with regression test, where based on chi-square test showed that, There is a relationship between Knowledge with the Role of cadres (p-value=0.002 OR=2.04; CI= 1.24-3.35), there is a relationship between Attitude with the Role of Cadres (p-value=0.014; OR=1.72; CI=1.10-2.67), IYCF Training (p-value=
