Framing analysis is a research method used to understand and examine how an issue or event is framed by the media. This study aims to analyze how the news of the Revision of the Regional Head Election Law (RUU Pilkada) is framed in the online media CNNIndonesia.com. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with Robert N Entman's framing analysis model, which consists of four devices: defining problems, diagnosing causes, making moral judgments, and treatment recommendations. The researcher analyzed 27 news articles taken from the period of August 20, 2024, to August 23, 2024, from CNNIndonesia.com, using observation and documentation techniques for data collection. The results of this study show that CNNIndonesia.com frames the RUU Pilkada event by presenting narratives and information that are predominantly pro-PDIP, portraying the party as rejecting the RUU Pilkada. The framing pattern formed by CNNIndonesia.com creates a positive image of PDIP as a party that rejects the maneuver of RUU Pilkada by the DPR's Legislative Body (Baleg). It is expected that CNNIndonesia.com will be able to present more objective news and create a more neutral frame. Keywords:CNNIndonesia.com, Framing Analysis, RUU Pilkada
