Peatlands were one of the ecosystems in Indonesia with the characteristics of wet land, vulnerable to change, less fertile and land degradation. One of the problems that occur in peatlands is fires. The peat fires have an impact on reducing the diversity of vegetation types in the burned area. The study aims to determine the composition and types of tree vegetation, poles, stakes and seedlings in post-burn peatlands. This study was conducted in October 2024 at the Arboretum of Sriwijaya University which is at the coordinate point 3°13'10.7"S 104°38'27.1"E, North Indralaya District, South Sumatra Province. The method used was the grid line method (quadrant method), there were eight plots T1 to T8, with a minimum plot distance of 100 m-150 m. In the quadrant plot, sub-plots of trees (20 m x 20 m), poles (10 m x 10 m), stakes (5 m x 5 m), and seedlings (2 m x 2 m) were made. The data obtained were analyzed using important value calculations such as density, dominance, frequency. Based on the results of the study, there were 22 plant species with a total number of 223 individuals from 14 families. The highest vegetation composition was found in plot T2, namely 47 individuals with four species. The highest tree vegetation was found in plot T7 with the dominant species was Eucalyptus robusta, poles in plot T8 with the dominant species was Melaleuca leucadendra, saplings in plot T3 with the dominant species was Melaleuca leucadendra, seedlings in plot T2 with the dominant species was Melastoma malabatchrium. The highest Important Value Index was found at the sapling level (300.01%), pole phase (296.49%), tree phase (294.13%), and seedling phase (196.16%). Keywords: Diversity of vegetation, peat, post-burning, eucalyptus robusta
