ANALISIS PERAN INKLUSI KEUANGAN TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI INDONESIA
Financial inclusion is proxied by the Financial Inclusion Index (IFI), which consists of the dimensions of banking penetration, service availability, and the use of financial services. The Human Development Index (HDI) is used as an indicator of human capital quality. This study employs a quantitative approach using panel data from 2014 to 2023. The analytical model used is panel data regression with a Fixed Effect Model approach. The study also includes control variables such as household consumption, open unemployment rate, and regional government spending. The results indicate that financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on improving HDI in Indonesia. Additionally, household consumption and regional spending also have a significant effect on HDI, while the open unemployment rate has a negative effect. These findings highlight that improving access to and the quality of financial services can enhance more inclusive and sustainable human development. This research provides important implications for the government in formulating policies that promote financial inclusion as a strategy to strengthen the quality of human capital in Indonesia.
