The existence of the people's oil palm rejuvenation program implemented in Sukadamai Baru Village, Sungai Lilin sub-district, Musi Banyuasin district, has made farmers think about rejuvenating their oil palms. KPKS Suka Makmur really helps farmers in implementing the PSR program This purpose of this search were (1) analyze the perceptions of oil palm farmers who are members of KPKS Suka Makmur towards the people's oil palm rejuvenation (PSR) program (2) measure the level of income of oil palm farmers who join the PSR program in Sukadamai Baru Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyasin Regency. (3) Analyzing the current level of income of farmers who have met the Decent Living Needs Standard (KHL) in Suka Damai Baru Village, Sungai Lilin District, Banyuasin Regency. This research was carried out in Suka Damai Baru Village, Sungai Lilin District, Banyuasin Regency. Data collection in the field was carried out in March 2023. The data collected consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting direct interviews using a list of questions (Questionnaire) that had been prepared. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from literature and related departments or agencies. This research took 40 samples from 397 populations. The results showed that (1) the perception of oil palm farmers towards the PSR program was very good with an average score of 2.74 (2) The average income of the smallholders' oil palm farming in Suka Damai Baru Village was Rp63,417,829/lg/yr and Rp5.284.819/lg/month. (3) The level of farmer satisfaction with KPKS Suka Makmur has good abilities in carrying out its functions and duties with an average percentage of 124%.
