Rubber plants have a very important role in economic growth in the country because they are a source of foreign exchange, provide employment opportunities, increase competitiveness and add value. Currently, the rubber commodity is in the public spotlight because income from rubber farming is low due to low rubber prices. The low price of rubber really affects the living needs of farmers, this can be seen from the price of rubber in Krani Jaya Village, which is IDR 6,000/kg, this price still cannot meet the living costs of farmers. The objectives of this research are (1) To determine the basic price of Bokar production in Krani Jaya Village, Nibung District, North Musi Rawas Regency, (2) To analyze the minimum selling price of Bokar to meet living needs based on the basic production price, rice price, and farmers' consumption expenditure rubber in Krani Jaya Village, Nibung District, North Musi Rawas Regency, (3) To analyze the level of welfare of rubber farmers measured in terms of income in accordance with Decent Living Needs (KHL) standards in Krani Jaya Village, Nibung District, North Musi Rawas Regency. This research was carried out in Krani Jaya Village, Nibung District, North Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra. The selection of this location was done deliberately (purposive). The sampling method used is a simple random method (Simple Random Sampling). The number of samples taken was 34 from 150 rubber farmers. The data collected is in the form of primary data and secondary data. The results of this research show that the cost of production in Krani Jaya Village is IDR 749/kg which is obtained from the total production costs divided by the amount of rubber produced. Furthermore, in the research, the minimum price was obtained from the average annual household consumption expenditure of IDR 22,551,528 divided by the amount of rubber production per year of 5,444 kg/lg plus the cost of production of IDR 749, resulting in a minimum price of IDR 4,142/kg. Meanwhile, for the level of welfare of rubber farmers in Krani Jaya Village based on fulfilling the components of a decent life, it is known that there are 2 farmers or 5.9% who fall into the prosperous criteria and those who fall under the unprosperous criteria are 32 farmers or 94.1%. This shows that the low price of rubber in Krani Jaya Village has a big impact on the income and level of welfare of farmers.
