RANCANG BANGUN WEBSITE PENDAFTARAN SISWA DAN PEMBAYARAN SPP DENGAN PENERAPAN E-CRM PADA SMA PGRI 1 PALEMBANG
The development of information technology has changed how organizations, including educational institutions, manage relationships with their customers. SMA PGRI 1 Palembang faces challenges in conventional administrative processes that cause delays, recording errors, and lack of information transparency. This research aims to design and build a student registration and tuition payment website by implementing Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) to improve service quality at SMA PGRI 1 Palembang. The system development method uses Rapid Application Development (RAD) with four main stages: requirement planning, user design, construction, and cutover. The research resulted in a web-based system that integrates online registration features, tuition payments, chatbot for information services, school news delivery, and feedback features to improve service quality. Blackbox testing shows all features function properly. The implementation of E-CRM on this website is expected to increase operational efficiency, reduce recording errors, speed up administrative processes, and strengthen relationships between schools and students and parents.
