This research was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of Inventor turnover, share prices, market value and inflation on the possibility of financial distress. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample of 115 companies in 8 years of observation. The data source used is the annual report of manufacturing companies for 2015-2022 from the official IDX website. The results obtained are that inventory growth, market value and inflation have no influence on the possibility of financial distress, while stock prices, firm growth and company size have a negative influence on the possibility of financial distress. The advice that can be given is that the findings of this research can be taken into consideration so that companies can create strategies to reduce Financial Distress so that the high risk of bankruptcy can be avoided and future researchers can expand the variables that are indicators of Financial Distress.
