Technological developments have brought changes in people's consumption patterns, especially in sales and purchase agreements. One platform that is increasingly popular in electronic commerce is Shopee, a buying and selling application with a Live Streaming feature. Online buying and selling agreements via Live Streaming on the Shopee application offer comfort and convenience for consumers in shopping, especially clothing, but also pose potential risks to consumer legal protection. This research aims to analyze and evaluate the legal protection provided to consumers in online buying and selling agreements via Shopee Live Streaming. The research method used is descriptive normative analysis, namely describing and explaining all data obtained from the results of a literature study. Based on the research results, it shows that arrangements regarding sale and purchase agreements are valid if they meet the requirements under Article 1320 of the Civil Code. Efforts to protect consumers regarding sales and purchase agreements via Shopee live streaming are by returning or returning goods, compensating them and if consumers do not agree, they can take legal action as regulated in Indonesian laws and regulations.
