This study aims to explore the impact of innovation, intangible assets, and intellectual capital on the financial performance of companies. The population used in this research consists of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021–2023. Agency theory is employed to explain the variable of innovation, while the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory is used to explain the variable of intangible assets. A total of 42 samples were selected using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique applied is panel data regression, using the EViews 12 software as an analytical tool. The results of the analysis indicate that innovation has a positive effect on a company's financial performance, whereas intangible assets and intellectual capital do not have a positive effect on financial performance.
