Uncontrolled high blood pressure can trigger a number of serious complications so that it is necessary to carry out both pharmacological and non-pharmacological management. One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can lower blood pressure is foot massage. Foot massage is a complementary therapy that integrates various techniques in care, such as relaxation, touch, and distraction, by gently massaging the foot area using the hands. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to integrate findings from evidence-based nursing through foot massage therapy in families with hypertension. Method: using a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach and implementing nursing care according to the results of the analysis of 10 research articles in three managed families. Results: the results of the assessment of the three clients with hypertension obtained acute pain nursing problems, knowledge deficit, readiness to improve health management, readiness to improve knowledge, and ineffective health management. Non-pharmacological management provided was foot massage to lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension. The results of the study showed that there was a decrease in blood pressure after foot massage was given to patients with hypertension. Discussion: foot massage given once a day with a duration of 15 minutes for three consecutive days was able to lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension so that it can be applied to improve the family's ability to control blood pressure
