ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI WONDR BY BNI MENGGUNAKAN METODE END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION (EUCS)
The development of digital technology has driven the banking sector to introduce mobile banking services in order to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. BNI, as one of the national banks, launched the Wondr By BNI application to enhance service delivery for its users. This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the Wondr By BNI application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, which includes five variables: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. A quantitative approach was applied by distributing questionnaires to 137 respondents who are active users of the application. The data analysis shows that all five variables fall into the “very high” satisfaction category, with the highest average score in the content variable (83.50%) and the lowest in the accuracy variable (78.39%). These findings indicate that overall, users are highly satisfied with the Wondr By BNI application, although there is still room for improvement, particularly in terms of system accuracy, such as technical errors and bugs.
