The rapid development of information technology encourages educational institutions to shift to more modern and efficient systems. The administrative process of school payments at SMK Bina Cipta Palembang is still carried out manually. This condition causes several problems, such as vulnerability to recording errors, slow administrative processes, and a high risk of data loss. This study aims to design and develop a web-based school payment application to improve efficiency and accuracy in managing student payments. The application provides a more organized digital recording system and supports various payment methods such as bank transfers, virtual accounts, and QRIS. The application was developed using the waterfall method, with the Laravel framework as the main platform, PHP as the programming language, and MySQL as the database. The results of testing using the black-box method show that the application runs well and effectively supports the payment administration process at SMK Bina Cipta Palembang.
