The activities carried out at Alun Utara Turtle Conservation include the collection and hatching of sea turtle eggs in a safer environment using semi-natural nests. The limited number of hatching experiments conducted at different depths has resulted in the absence of an optimal depth determination. This study aims to analyze the hatching success rate of Hawksbill Sea Turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata) eggs based on different semi-natural nest depths. The method used in this research is an experimental method, in which semi-natural nests were utilized to conduct hatching trials with varying nest depths of 20 cm, 25 cm, 30 cm, and 35 cm. Daily monitoring activities were carried out to locate nesting sites along the coastal area of Pekik Nyaring Village, Central Bengkulu, followed by the relocation of eggs into the semi- natural nests using the transincubation method. The results showed that the highest hatching success rate was 100% at a depth of 20 cm, while the lowest was 76.79% at a depth of 35 cm. However, these results did not show a significant difference in hatching success, although the emergence rate varied significantly. The 20 cm depth nest had the highest emergence rate of 82.74%, whereas the 35 cm depth nest had the lowest emergence rate of 17.26%. This study provides valuable information regarding the optimal depth of semi-natural nests, which can potentially influence the hatching success rate of Hawksbill Sea Turtle eggs. Keywords: Semi-Natural Nest, Hawksbill Sea Turtle Eggs, Hatching Success Rate, Emergence success rate
