SISTEM MONITORING PASIEN RAWAT INAP BERBASIS SMART HEALTH MENGGUNAKAN METODE LOGIKA FUZZY TSUKAMOTO
This study developed a Smart Health-Based Heart Rate and Oxygen Saturation Monitoring System for Inpatients utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The system is capable of simultaneously and remotely monitoring four inpatient rooms, thereby reducing direct physical contact with patients. Implementation using the MAX30102 sensor and NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller demonstrated an average absolute error in heart rate detection of 2.9 BPM before examination and 1.1 BPM after examination. Meanwhile, the average absolute error in oxygen saturation detection was 0.66% before examination and 0.48% after examination. The system was tested using four devices on 50 inpatient samples simultaneously, indicating a success rate of over 90%. All patient data is stored in the Smart Health website database. This research concludes that the Smart Health-based inpatient monitoring system is effective for monitoring the cardiac health conditions of hospitalized patients.
