Corporate Social Responsibility programs is a tangible manifestation of the company to fulfill the form of social responsibility through being actively involved in community development. There needs to be a real evaluation and approach through SROI Evaluation Analysis to measure the impact that has been generated by the sustainability of the program. The objectives of this research are (1) Describe the implementation and implementation of the Ecofarming Semambu Program (2) Describe the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors for the Development of the Ecofarming Semambu Program. (3) Analyze the social reciprocity ratio for investment in the Ecofarming Semambu Program by Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagsel. This research was conducted at the location of Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagsel CSR Program in Pulau Semambu Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir. The research method is a case study of a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data collected are primary data and secondary data through in-depth interviews about the program. The method used for data processing is the Evaluative SROI method. From this research, research results can be obtained that (1) Semambu Ecofarming is a CSR program initiated by Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagsel through the Palembang Intergrated Terminal to create an environmentally friendly integrated agricultural system. This program is here to answer the problems of Semambu Island Village farmers regarding the scarcity and high price of fertilizer, the decline in the quality of agricultural land and the difficulty of accessing water. (2) supporting factors such as the existence of farmer community groups that are members of the Association, coordination of cooperation and communication of program beneficiaries, involvement of academics, agencies and program monitoring and evaluation. Meanwhile, for the inhibiting factors of the sustainability of the program road, namely the unstable climate and weather of Pulau Semambu Village, lack of community implementation and understanding of the program, lack of participation by all members of the Association. (3) based on the calculation of SROI obtained an SROI ratio of 1.6. This can indicate that every Rp 1. invested by Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagsel will generate a social impact on the people of Pulau Semambu Village of Rp 1.6.
