The purpose of this research is to: 1) Analyze changes in irrigated wet rice production during and after the damage of Lematang II irrigation in Tanjung Payang Village, South Lahat District, 2) Analyze the changes in irrigated wet rice farming income during and after the damage of Lematang II irrigation in Tanjung Payang Village, South Lahat Subdistrict, 3) Analyze the factors that affect the rice consumption patterns of irrigated wet rice farmer households during the damage of Lematang II irrigation in Tanjung Payang Village, South Lahat Subdistrict. The results showed that: 1) Irrigated wet rice production in Tanjung Payang Village decreased after irrigation damage,2) Farmers' income in tanjung payang village decreased after irrigation damage 3) Factors that greatly influence the decline in household rice consumption of rice farmers during irrigation damage were the income and number of household members, where as the rice costs, education of the head of family, and education of the housewife had no significant effect on household rice consumption during irrigation damage.
