This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the implementation of the My ASN BKN application at the Secretariat of the Provincial DPRD of South Sumatra using the Unified Theory of Acceptance Use of Technology (UTAUT) method. The UTAUT method developed by Venkatesh et al. in 2003 includes four core constructs: Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions, as well as moderating variables such as gender, age, experience, and voluntariness. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collection conducted through questionnaires distributed to the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) staff at the Secretariat of the Provincial DPRD of South Sumatra. The analysis results indicate that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Social Influence significantly influence users' Behavioral Intentions regarding the application. Additionally, Facilitating Conditions have also been shown to affect Use Behavior, indicating that the facilities and support provided by the agency positively impact application usage. Therefore, the implementation of the My ASN BKN application is expected to enhance the efficiency and professionalism of ASNs in performance management, support the preparation of Employee Performance Targets (SKP), and simplify administrative processes. This study provides recommendations for management to support and facilitate application use to optimize its functionality. Keywords: My ASN BKN Application, UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance Use of Technology), Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, State Civil Apparatus, Secretariat of the DPRD, Employee Performance Targets (SKP)
