This study aims to improve the fine motor skills of group B children through sago flour finger painting activities at Az-Zahrah Islamic Kindergarten Palembang. This research is a class action research using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. The subjects of this study were group B2 children totaling 16 children consisting of 9 girls and 7 boys. The object under study is children's fine motor skills in finger painting activities using sago flour paint. Data collection was done through observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that finger painting activities using sago starch paint at Tk Islam Az-Zahrah can improve children's fine motor skills. The increase can be seen from the initial condition of the fine motor skills of group B2 children in the Developing As Expected (BSH) category reaching 12% increased to 56% in cycle I, and in cycle II increased to 19% (BSH) and 81% who were in the Very Good Developing (BSB) category.
