PERAN UN WOMEN DALAM KAMPANYE HEFORSHE UNTUK MENCAPAI TARGET SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGS:5) DI INDONESIA
This research aims to analyze the role of UN Women in the HeForShe campaign to voice, disseminate and uphold justice for women, regarding gender inequality experienced by Indonesian women, regarding the level of labor force participation (TPAK) in Indonesia which is still relevant using gender to receive and give salaries to women. Not only is there inequality, but violence in the workplace also often occurs and is often experienced by women, therefore, to overcome existing problems, this research uses the theory of international organizations (OI) which was coined by Clive Archer which is used as arationale and provides research results in overcoming gender inequality in women using three dimensions, namely as an instrument to provide information in the form UN Women advances gender equality in the workplace. In the arena itself, it provides communication forums related to sustainability programs in the form of IMPACT 10x10x10 discussions and the IBCWE forum, the actors themselves create the HeForShe run program, HeForShe Goes To Campus, UN Women collaboration with the Ministry of PPPA, the Safe Cities and Public Space program and the UN Women and IBCWE collaboration program in building equality in the workplace. The research method used in this research is qualitative and descriptive, with data sources in the form of primary and secondary data obtained from literature studies and interviews.
