PERENCANAAN INSTALASI LISTRIK DAN SISTEM PENERANGAN PADA DORMITORY, OFFICE, DAN SECURITY ROOM DI PT. INDUSTRI PIPA INDONESIA DI BATAM
Efficient, safe, and standard-compliant electrical installation planning is a vital element in supporting the operation of a building, particularly in industrial facilities. This study aims to design an electrical installation and lighting system for the Dormitory, Office, and Security Room at PT. Industri Pipa Indonesia, located in Batam. The planning process is based on the PUIL 2011 standard and considers the power requirements of each area, the types of equipment used, as well as appropriate electrical protection systems such as MCB and MCCB. The methodology used in this research includes literature review, technical data collection in the field, calculation of power and lighting requirements, and simulation using ETAP 19.0.1 software. The results of the study show that the Office Ground Floor requires 104 kW of power, the Office First Floor requires 29 kW, and the Office VRV system requires 33 kW. The Security Room requires 1.4 kW of power. Dormitory A & B Ground Floor requires 61.7 kW, while Dormitory A & B First to Third Floors require 7 kW. The Dormitory VRV system requires 32 kW of power.
