Puskesmas Talang Jambe as one of the first-level health services in Palembang City, is known to experience fluctuations in the number of visits of JKN participants every month. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with the utilization of health services for JKN participants in the Talang Jambe Puskesmas Working Area. The method in this study used a cross-sectional design with simple random sampling and a sample size of 92 JKN participants. Data collection using questionnaires and observation methods to respondents. Statistical tests using descriptive chi-square statistics and multiple logistic regression prediction models. The results of univariate analysis showed that the sample distribution of respondents who utilized health services (59.8%), age 17-46 years (77.2%), higher education (≥ high school) (65.2%), income> 2,500,000 (54.3%), good knowledge (53.3%), positive attitude (52.2%), easy access to services (39,1%), and perception of pain is sufficient (68.5%). Factors associated with service utilization are education level (p-value = 0.039), income (p-value = 0.017), knowledge (p-value = 0.008), attitude (p-value = 0.013), access to health services (p-value = 0,009), and perception of illness (p-value = 0.008). Meanwhile, the age variable (p-value = 0.632) had no relationship with service utilization. Suggestions that can be given to the Talang Jambe Health Center are that the Health center can work with the local government to mobilize and optimize mobile health centers in a structured and sustainable manner.
