IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM INTERVENSI STUNTING DI PUSKESMAS MAKRAYU KOTA PALEMBANG
In Indonesian, stunting is a crucial national issue that must be addressed, as it has the potential to impact the quality of human resources. To tackle this issue, Puskesmas Makrayu in Palembang City has implemented several innovative programs, such as Nutrition Counseling, PHBS Education at Posyandu, and the ‘Dapur Tanggap Gercep Besti’ program, which serves as a flagship initiative in addressing stunting cases within its operational area. This study aims to evaluate of stunting intervention programs at Puskesmas Makrayu in accelerating the reduction of stunting rates in its service area. The study employs a qualitative approach using thematic analysis, with data collected through in-depth interviews with 14 informants, including the Head of Puskesmas, Program Coordinators, Program Implementation Teams, and Program Participants. The RE-AIM framework, a multi-attribute model with five dimensions—reach, effectiveness, adoption, implementation, and maintenance—was used in this study. Based on this framework, the ‘Dapur Tanggap Gercep Besti’ program demonstrates better effectiveness and reach compared to the Nutrition Counseling and PHBS Education programs. Therefore, collaboration with stakeholders is necessary to enhance sustainability, along with the implementation of the peer-to-peer education method to expand reach.
