MODEL IMPROVED CLOUD RADIO ACCESS NETWORK BERBASIS DEMAND RESPONSE DAN INSENTIF HETEROGEN DENGAN FUNGSI UTILITAS STONE-GEARY
The purpose of this research is to design and optimize a selfish user Cloud Radio Access Network (C-RAN) model based on demand response (DR) and heterogeneous incentives (HI) with a stone-geary utility function using three financing schemes namely flat fee, usage-based and two-part tariff. The data in this study is secondary data, namely traffic data which is divided into incoming data and outgoing data, obtained from a local server in Palembang. The optimal solution is obtained by determining the decision variables and parameters used in each case for all models, compiling the improved C-RAN model as many as 2 models, namely model I (C-RAN selfish user based on DR and HI with stone-geary utility function) and model II (C-RAN selfish user based on DR and HI with stone-geary utility function using bundling), determining the optimal solution and sensitivity analysis using LINGO 13.0 software. The optimal solution is obtained from model I with a flat fee scheme in case 2 of IDR 492,563/kbps with 1958 iterations. The results of the sensitivity analysis on the variable a_{km} which is worth ∞, show an increase and decrease in the objective function coefficient, while the value 0 will be constant.
