FAKTOR DETERMINAN INTENSI BERWIRAUSAHA MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA TAHUN 2025
The increasing number of unemployed in Indonesia motivates college graduates to become entrepreneurs. This study aims to identify the determinant factors that influence the entrepreneurial intention of Sriwijaya University students in 2025. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and explanatory analysis. The sampling technique used saturated samples with a total of 35 students who passed the Student Entrepreneurship Development Program (P2MW) of the Superior Scheme and Advanced Scheme of Sriwijaya University. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, and the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression. The independent variables in this study include Adversity Quotient (X₁), Self-Efficacy (X₂), and Need for Achievement (X₃), while the dependent variable is Entrepreneurial Intention (Y). The results showed that Adversity Quotient had a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention with a t-value of 2.156 and a significance of 0.039. On the other hand, Self Efficacy and Need for Achievement do not show a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention with a calculated F value of 4.531 and a significance of 0.01. This study provides important insights for the development of entrepreneurship programs in higher education. Keywords: Intention, Entrepreneurship, Determinants.
