Inadequate housing conditions can be a risk factor for the occurrence of Pulmonary TB. This study aims to determine the relationship between the physical condition of healthy homes and the incidence of Pulmonary TB in the Kikim Timur Health Center Working Area, where in 2024 there were 50 cases of Pulmonary TB. The research method was observational with a case control approach and retrospective in nature, involving 36 cases and 72 controls (1:2 ratio). Data were analyzed univariately, bivariately, and multivariately. The results showed that cases of pulmonary TB were 36 respondents (33.3%) and those without pulmonary TB were 72 respondents (66.7%), in the case group the majority of respondents were productive age (52.8%) and the control group (70.8%) were productive, the case group was male (52.8%) female (47.2%) in the control group (48, 6%) male (51.4%) female, the case group had high (55.6%) low (44.4%) education while the control group (70.8%) had high (29.2%) low, with working status (58.3%) not working (41.7%) in the case group and (61.1%) working (38.9%) not working in the control group. Bivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between lighting (p=0.011), humidity (p=0.011), floor type (p=0.007), wall type (p=0.007) occupancy density (p=0.019), smoking habit (p=0.016) and variables that did not have a significant relationship ventilation area (p=0.484) and temperature (p=0.676). It is recommended that the Puskesmas of East Kikim conduct counseling on healthy lifestyles, stop smoking, open windows every morning, and maintain environmental cleanliness. Special programs also need to be developed to improve the quality of healthy homes and prevent Pulmonary TB through home inspection. The community is expected to pay attention to the dangers of smoking through information in the mass media and cigarette packs.
