ANALISIS STRUKTUR KRISTAL HIGH ENTROPY ALLOY BERBASIS LANTHANUM MANGANITE (LaMnO3) MENGGUNAKAN METODE RIETVELD
Crystal structure analysis of Lanthanum Manganite (LaMnO3) based High Entropy Alloy using rietvield method and performed by mechanical milling technique. The materials used include La(Fe₀.₃₃Cu₀.₃₃Mn₀.₃₃)O₃ and La(Fe₀.₂₅Cu₀.₂₅Mn₀.₂₅Ni₀.₂₅)O₃ with ethanol solvent. The samples were milled for 5 hours, dried at 80°C for 24 hours, and sintered at 1100°C for 5 hours. Characterization was performed by XRay Diffraction (XRD) and analysis using the Rietveld refinement method. The results show that both materials have a perovskite structure with changes in lattice parameters and crystal system due to ion substitution, especially by Ni. The shift in lattice parameters reflects the effect of substitution on unit cell volume and crystal structure dynamics.
