This research evaluates the computer training program implemented by Widya Eduskill Course and Training Institute (LKP) in Prabumulih City using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) model. The evaluation was conducted to determine how well the program was designed, implemented and achieved its intended objectives. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study included the head of LKP, instructors, training students and alumni of training students. The evaluation results in the context aspect show that the computer training program is based on clear laws, relevant to the needs of students and the world of work. In the input aspect, it was found that human resources, infrastructure and learning resources were adequate but still needed improvement in some parts. The process evaluation showed that the implementation of the training went according to plan and the curriculum was based on the reference of the Indonesian national work competency standards (SKKNI), while in the product aspect, the training had a long effect on improving the skills of the participants and all participants had achieved maximum competence. Overall, the computer training program at LKP Widya Eduskill is considered quite effective, but it is recommended to make improvements to the aspects of facilities and continuous evaluation so that the quality of the program can continue to be improved.
