One of the toll way contruction project which are being implement in South Sumatera is Kapal Betung Toll Way Project with the length of 111,96 Km including Kayu Agung, Palembang, and Betung. In this contruction plan, an investigation of toll way tariff based on Kapal Betung Toll Way user candidates perception using ATP and WTP review was required. Data collection was done at some rest area location not far from gate of Kapal Betung Toll Way. The survey was conducted with the methode of interviewed and closed quisionairre for 250 respondents. Based on the calculation with the graphic relationship of ATP and WTP the result are user candidates characteristic and Kapal Betung Toll Way Tariff is Rp 700,-/Km for the first type or passengers transport which is the man drivers with of productives age who have the profession as self employed.
