HUBUNGAN ANTARA KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DENGAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI ANAK KELOMPOK B DI TK ISLAM AL ANSHOR KEC. TALANG KELAPA KAB. BANYUASIN
This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-confidence of group B children at Al Anshor Islamic Kindergarten, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through closed questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure children's emotional intelligence and self-confidence. The results showed that the majority of children had a level of emotional intelligence in the moderate category (63.2%) and their level of self-confidence was also in the moderate category (73.7%). The prerequisite tests included normality and linearity tests, which showed that the data were normally distributed and the relationship between the two variables was linear.
