Palembang City is one of city by The Tourism Business Destinations. It shows that there are a large number of tourism places and events in national or internasional scale thereforce those force govemment of Palembang for extending inn facilities such as star hotel. Budget Hotel is one of accomodation which of renting its parts or full building to every person for gaining loding include food and drink servies and extended facilities when traveled and business. Budget Hotel has a large enough opportunity because demand from tourists or businessman who come to Palembang with short time or only one-two days. Hotel is building with high energy consumption where hopefully effecient architecture energy can reduce impact of excess energy use.
