Jambi as one of the provinces in Indonesia which contains affluence of culture. Cultural development in Jambi province can not be separated firom the history of Malay culture development in the archipelago since the emergence of proto-melayu until the emergence of deutro-Malay civilization. The wealth of cultural heritages scattered in Jambi Province is still less exposed so that the Jambi Provincial People themselves, especially youngpeople, seem indifferent and do not know much about the cultural heritage of the local culture in Jambi Province. therefore it makes a Cultural Center of Jambi Province is needed to be a connnector between the the cultural observer and young generation so this building can be a media of education that can introduces and promotes the cultural heritages in Jambi Province. The Cultural Center of Jambi Province will have a function like a museum, training studio and staging building so be able to accommodate the needs of inventory function, training, development, until the art performances of Jamb Culturei. Through the rebellion regionalism architecture approach, the modem building form will be applied without disregarding the local cultural identityso that can be attract the young people to visit so they will not forget the local cultural heritage of Jambi and become agent of cultural conservation of Jambi Province
