MODIFIKASI MODEL IMPROVED C-RAN SELFISH USER BERBASIS DEMAND RESPONSE DENGAN FUNGSI UTILITAS ISOELASTIC DAN SKEMA BUNDLING
This research aims to design and optimize Cloud Radio Access Network (C-RAN) model with selfish user based on demand response using isoelastic utility function and bundling scheme by considering three internet financing schemes namely flat fee, usage-based, and two-part tariff. The data in this research is secondary data, namely traffic data which was divided into inbound and outbound data obtained from the Palembang local server at Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. The optimal solution is obtained from determining the decision variables and parameters that are relevant for each case in all models. This research includes the development of two C-RAN models, namely the improved selfish user C-RAN model with isoelastic utility function (Model I), and the improved selfish user C-RAN model with isoelastic utility function and bundling scheme (Model II).
