Maternal and Child Hospital is a Special Hospital that provides maternal, maternal and maternal women Services on reproductive problems as well as Services for children between 0 and 18 years old. Banyuasin Regency is an area located in South Sumatra Province. Its population in 2015 reached 811,501 inhabitants, consisting of 414,201 men, 397,300 women, 118,083 girls, and 123,638 boys. Based on data from South Sumatera Provincial Health Office, the number of maternal deaths in 2014 in Banyuasin Regency is 11 people. The number of neonatal deaths in 2014 in Banyuasin Regency is 55 babies. The number of child mortality in 2014 in Banyuasin Regency as many as 2 children. Banyuasin District there is only one general hospital. Although there are several matemity homes and matemity clinics in the district, it is not yet possible to cope with labor problems, especially labor that has problems and should be referred to hospitals that can cope with the problem. Based on the above facts, it is deemed necessary to establish a Maternal and Special Hospital that is adequate to be able to provide Services to the community in Banyuasin and surrounding areas. Location Selection on Jl. Palembang-Betung is because this location is located in a strategic area, located in the middle of a community housing that in fact is the couples are still classified as a couple of child-bearing age. There are several things that need to be considered by provider of Hospital, one of them is how to make patient feel comfortable during being in Hospital, good from Service quality also physical condition / appearance Hospital (beauty and completeness of building, including beautiful garden, adequate fiimiture, beautiful interior designs, elevators, cafeterias, clean toilets, etc.), thus making patients feel imwell in the hospital. For that RSIA apply the theme of Green Hospital on the design.
