Jakarta Information and Communication Technology (IP-JCI) development index in 2015 reached 9.25 from 0-10 scale. This figure is the highest compared to otherprovinces and is above the national average of 4.83.1P-1CT Jakarta also increased compared to the position of2014t i. e. 9.23. Wilh a high enough index, it is necessary to have techno park in the field of ICT (Information, Communication, and Telecommunication) in Jakarta. Techno Park is a facility of a region specially prepared to initiate and transfer knowledge and technology among R & D institutions, universities / colleges, and industries / companies. Techno Park combines ideas, innovation, crealivity, and how knowledge from the world of college (academic) andfinancial ability (and marketing) from the business world in the field of technology. Where the city of Jakarta has a tropical climate with an average temperature of 28° C and a deviation of about 7°C, then Techno Park in Jakarta planned built with tropical architecture concept approach in order to adjust the potential of tropical climate in Jakarta.
