ANALISIS KUALITAS PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI TERPADU KECAMATAN (PATEN) DI KECAMATAN SEBERANG ULU II KOTA PALEMBANG
Public services are all service activities provided by public service providers with the aim of meeting the needs of service recipients and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The results of the researcher’s initial observations showed that there was a problem with the recommendation for business premises permits. Sub-district services are still taking longer than expected and have not met community needs. This research aims to analyze the Quality of District Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) in Seberang Ulu II District, Palembang City. This research uses the theory of improving the quality of public services according to Tangkilisan which has five dimensions, namely form, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this research show that officers at the Seberang Ulu II District Office, Palembang City have shown a good, fast, and consistent response in providing the promised services. Human Resources (HR) who have adequate knowledge, skills, and self-confidence support this success. These results are also supported by a social responsibility perspective which consider the circumstances of service users. Keyword :Public Services, PATEN, Quality
