The rapid development of technology is strongly influenced by the globalization system, which is marked by the increasing flow of information and communication. One example is the utilization of the website as an instrument to improve the quality of communication services and dissemination of public information in the government sector by the Regional Representatives Council (DPRD) of South Sumatra Province. This study aims to measure the level of user satisfaction with the website of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD. The method used in this research is End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), which includes five main variables: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Data were collected through questionnaires filled out by respondents who are users of the South Sumatra Provincial Parliament website. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical methods to determine the overall level of satisfaction. The results showed that the variables of content, format, ease of use, and timeliness have the greatest influence on the level of user satisfaction, while the accuracy variable requires significant improvement. Overall, the level of user satisfaction is in the medium category, which indicates that there is room for improvement in website services. In conclusion, this study suggests that the South Sumatra Provincial Council government should improve the website interface design and speed up information updates to increase user satisfaction. Thus, the website can be more effectively used as a medium for government communication and information. Keywords: E-Government, User statisfaction, Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, Timeliness.
