The advanced Science and technology of a State defines as a measure of a State development. Furthermore, Science and technology would be significantly necessary in order to create sophisticated and empowered generation in building the State. In the Planning of Regulation Implementation by Research and Technology Ministry (Rencana Implementasi Keputusan Menteri Negara Ristek) Number 75/M/Kp/IX/2001 stated that there will be at least one Science center for each area in Indonesia. Lampung is presently categorized as a growing province and having issues in the sector of Science and technology regarding electrical energy crisis in which Lampung is currently expected to be independent in electrical energy sector through the empowerment of electrical generator. Science and Technology Exhibition Center namely Pusat Peragaan Iptek (PP-IPTEK) has emerged as educating and inspiring facilitation due to encouragemen in enhancing the altemative electrical generator in accordance with the prospective environment that can be utilized. Through a metaphora architecture approach, PP-IPTEK Lampung could be metaphorizing the electricity into building ftmction and realizing the vision of Lampung Province to be independent in term of electricity. Electricity form has implemented in the form of buildings, facade, and also exterior space (landscape)
