Therefore then needed a culture center which provides full facilities, as well as visual building that can visualising the form of arhitecture, culture, and modern. Hybrid architecture approach is felt quite righl In this regard designed a culture center. On the hybrid architecture there are 4 point, eclectic or qoutation, manipulation, and modification, diclokasi and merge (or combination of unification), so by this point, the point of the policy of culture centcrs are exipccted to provide visualization good buildings, provide comfort in the spacc, ablepond to the environment and does nol give a negative impact on the environmet.
