PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS AI AVATAR GENERATOR GUNA MENDUKUNG PEMAHAMAN PESERTA DIDIK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA DI SMP
This study aims to produce AI Avatar Generator-based learning media to enhance students' understanding of Pancasila Education at the junior high school level. The media was developed using the Rowntree model with Tessmer's formative evaluation, encompassing the stages of planning, development, and evaluation. The research subjects were eighth-grade students from SMP IT Darussalam. Validation results from material, design, and language experts indicated that the media is highly valid, with scores of 89%, 86%, and 85%, respectively. The practicality of the media was tested through one-to-one, small group, and field tests, achieving an average practicality score of 88%, classified as "highly practical." The effectiveness test was conducted using pretest and posttest evaluations, which demonstrated a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes. The average pretest score of 30 increased to 79 in the posttest, with an N-gain score of 0.70, categorized as high. These findings indicate that the AI Avatar Generator-based learning media effectively supports students' understanding of Pancasila values. Furthermore, the media successfully enhances learning motivation through interactive presentations, engaging audio-visuals, and relevant materials aligned with the needs of the digital era. This research contributes significantly to educational technology development and is expected to inspire further innovation in learning media design.
