Background. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is an infectious disease caused by the Dengue virus and transmitted by the Aedes Aegypti mosquito. The Aedes Aegypti mosquito was widespread in the tropics and sub-tropics in Southeast Asia and was found in almost all urban areas. The activity of eradicating Dengue Fever Mosquito Nest by draining, closing and burying, the main target was to reduce and eliminate the Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. The movement was chosen effort to reduce the population of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. The role of the jumantik is very important in the early vigilance system of outbreaks of Dengue Fever because it serves to monitor the presence and inhibit the early development of the Dengue Fever vector. The activity of jumantik cadres in monitoring their environment was expected to reduce the number of Dengue Fever cases. This study was aims to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of 1 jumantik 1 house. Research method with cross-sectional design, a sample of 116 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the working area of the Kenten Laut Health Center. The sampling technique is proportional sampling. Analysis of logistic binary regression test data. The results showed that there was a relationship between education (p-value = 0.014), knowledge (p-value = 0.011), facilities (p-value = 0.021) and supervision (p-value = 0.002) with the implementation of the movement of 1 house 1 jumantik in Puskesmas Kenten Sea. The most dominant variable that influenced the implementation of the 1 jumantik 1 house movement was supervision with a p-value (0.001) Exp B value 4.237 (1.795-10001). Respondents who have received supervision in the implementation of the 1 jumantik 1 house movement have the opportunity to influence the implementation of the 1 jumantik 1 house movement.
