PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA MELALUI KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA HOTEL BATIQA PALEMBANG
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of competence on work discipline, job satisfaction on work discipline, competence on organizational commitment, work satisfaction on organizational commitment, organizational commitment on work discipline, competence on work discipline through organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on work discipline through organizational commitment. This study used descriptive statistics with quantitative data and SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the Smart PLS Version 4 application, with a sample was 83 employees of the Batiqa Hotel Palembang. It was found that there was a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on work discipline, job satisfaction on organizational commitment, organizational commitment on work discipline, and job satisfaction on work discipline through organizational commitment. There was a positive and insignificant effect of competence on work discipline and competence on work discipline through organizational commitment.
